Terms of Service

This Terms of Service agreement applies to all bookings and services provided by Karino Holdings Limited (Company No. 16607126), registered in England & Wales. By making a booking with us you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

Karino Holdings Limited provides short-term accommodation and holiday rental services, operating and managing residential properties offered for temporary stays, including holiday homes, apartments and furnished accommodation across Europe.

2. Bookings, Rates and Payment

Rates are quoted in pounds sterling (£) per night. A booking is confirmed once we receive the agreed deposit or full payment. Quotes are valid for 7 days. Weekly discounts apply where stated.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are refunded at 50%. No-shows are non-refundable. Where a home becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we will offer comparable alternative accommodation or a full refund.

4. Guest Obligations

Guests agree to treat the property with care, respect quiet hours and house rules, and report any damage promptly. The number of guests must not exceed the stated capacity. Pets are only permitted in homes listed as pet friendly.

5. Liability

We take reasonable care to describe every home accurately and to keep it safe and well maintained. Our liability for any claim is limited to the total booking value, except where UK law provides otherwise. Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings during the stay.
