How do I book a stay?
Send us your dates, guest numbers and preferred home through the enquiry form on our homepage, or call +44 7852 169116. We reply within one working day with availability, rates and a simple booking link.
What does it cost?
Nightly rates start from £85 for a studio apartment and rise to £159 for a family holiday house. Weekly discounts are available on most homes. There are no hidden fees: the quote we send is the price you pay.
What is included in the price?
Fresh hotel-grade linens and towels, complimentary toiletries, fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen equipment and utility bills are included. Selected homes also offer parking, pool access or garden use — see each home’s description.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Self check-in is available from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out can often be arranged on request, subject to the booking calendar.
Are pets allowed?
Selected homes are pet friendly — the Family Holiday House and Coastal Holiday Home welcome well-behaved pets. Please mention your pet when enquiring so we can confirm the arrangement.
Can I book for work or relocation?
Yes. Many of our guests stay with us for weeks at a time during house moves, projects or temporary work assignments. Contact us for extended-stay rates.
