What We Collect

When you make an enquiry or booking we collect your name, contact details (email address and phone number), stay dates and any information you choose to share about your party or requirements. Enquiry form submissions and related correspondence are stored securely.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to respond to enquiries, manage your booking, arrange check-in, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell your data. Marketing emails are only sent with your explicit consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Retention and Sharing

Booking records are kept for up to 6 years where required by UK tax law; enquiry data is deleted after 24 months of no contact. Data is shared only with service providers who help us run your stay (for example key-safe or cleaning contractors acting on our instructions) and never for third-party marketing.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@karinoholdings.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
